Here you'll find my ToS! Read them carefully!
By Commissioning me, you are agreeing to them.

Basic ToS

- I accept Paypal Only.
- Do not send the money until I say so.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own or use it for commercial purposes without asking me.
- The client is allowed to post them with proper credits – Link to my Instagram.
- Refunds given based on how much work is done. Below you will find more information about that.

Deeper ToS

Section 1 - Image Copyright

1. I, the artist, retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client is not allowed to claim it as their own.2. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only – if not discussed earlier!3. Conditions of reposting
- The client is allowed to repost the artwork wherever they like if credit is given (a link to my Instagram) and my watermark remains on the artwork.
4. Prohibited Actions
- Altering my artwork without permission. Exceptions are cropping/resizing the image for icons
- Using my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
- Claiming it as your own.

Section 2 - Payment Information

1. I accept payment in EUR or USD via PayPal.2. You will have 48h to pay after a sketch is shown or a quote is given. Non-payment within 48h hours will result in the commission being cancelled. If there is any progress, I will be re-purposing it to a YCH.3. It’s the commissioner’s responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent.4. Refund Policy
- If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client), before any work has started, the client will receive a full refund.
- If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis. Rough basis:
> Sketch: 90%
> Line: 50%
> Line and Flat colour: 0% (Unless shading was included - then 15%)
> Shaded: 0%
> No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
- If that’s the case and I, the artist, cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.

Section 3 - Contact and Communication

1. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Instagram (depxri.arts) or Discord Chat, Karmaa#4781 - if you want to discuss via Discord, please state that as soon as possible when I accept your friend request, I will be closing the DM and unfriending if nothing is said after 48h.2. Visual Reference Guidelines
- Client must provide at least one clear visual reference. Please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
- If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be 100% accurate as the interpretations of the individual images may be inconsistent.

Section 4 - Will/Won't Draw

1. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Keep in mind that My forte is feral canine, and feral animals in general. Things outside of my comfort zone my not be as high of quality as something I am used to doing.
Things marked with a ! may have to be paid more. Discuss that point with me.
2. Will draw:
- Ferals (Any Species)
- (Heavy) Gore
- Monsters (Depending.)
- Humans
- Anthros !
- Complicated Designs !
- Complicated Backgrounds !
- NSFW !
3. Won’t Draw:
- Mecha
- Any sort of hateful content.
- Anything that makes me uncomfortable.

Section 5 - Workflow Process

1. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and except some variation as I work best when having some artistic freedom.2. Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays of a commission, I will notify the customer.
- Most of my commissions are finished in about 1-2 weeks. If I cannot complete the commission within 90 days, I will give a full refund.
3. Work in Progress (WIPS). I will be showing a lot of WIPs during the creation. The most important one will be the Sketch one as I will be pausing the progress until the sketch is confirmed.4. Revisions and edits. At the sketch stage, the major changes must be made, if there are any. These include the character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
- After the sketch has been approved, only little changes will be allowed. These edits may be discussed.
- If I, the artist, make any mistakes in the character design, accessories or other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits with no additional cost.
